Palm Oil Bleaching Plant
We supply brand new bleaching plant to remove the red color from palm oil used in soap manufacturing. The bleaching plants are also suitable for different oil blends and for animal tallow.
CHEMICAL BLEACHING PLANT:
This plant works with steam (to heat the Palm Oil) and Air Blower. With this cheap plant, it is possible to destroy a part of carotene included in palm oil and transform RED/BROWN Palm Oil in YELLOW/Light ORANGE Palm Oil for soap manufacturing. The bleached oil is often used to produce laundry soap bars.
PHISICAL BLEACHING PLANT:
This system works with "BLEACHING EARTHS" and an heated reactor works under-vacuum. Using this plant it is possible to transform RED/BROWN Palm Oil in Light YELLOW Palm Oil for soap manufacturing.
Depending by the bleaching level, it is possible to produce soap noodles and soap bars withlight colour.
